A Very Dark Day
Humungous, gigantic buildings crushed and crumbled. Everyone was dieing and some people stayed alive. Some had to go to the hospital and some people lost one leg and two legs which Mum told me. Lots of people had blood everywhere. All the builders helped people.

The Earthquake
Crumble! The houses went down. Some people like my Nana and Grandad were scared. The road cracked and cars went for a tumble. A person got a bleeding head. I cried.

A Very Dark Day
I have two aunties up in Christchurch. Their names are Aunty Margaret and Aunty Evelyn. But Aunty Margaret’s home got smashed but I don’t know if Aunty Evelyn’s house survived all of the earthquake. It is just amazing. I still feel very, very sorry for Aunty Margaret and Aunty Evelyn too. It happened because there are two plates under the ground fighting.
