Reg Humphries visits Room 8 at Outram School

What a surprise! Logan's Great Uncle visits us.

Logan H's Great Uncle Reg came to visit us all the way from Canada. Do you remember him? We skyped Uncle Reg last term when we were learning about different ways we communicate with family members. It was lovely to see him in person.

Let the light shine!

We can problem solve! In pairs we were given a bulb, bulb fixture, battery, battery case, and 3 wires with alligator clips and asked to make a circuit so the bulb would light up. It took a while but we persevered and finally some of us succeeded. Yay!

We've got the Power!

We were given some wires, a battery and a light bulb and with our partner we had to try and make the light bulb shine. We had to persevere and show teamwork to be successful. Kade and Matthew were the first!
